Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
